How the All-on-X Implant Process Works At Our Dental Clinic In Harvard, MA

After we finalize your treatment plan for All-on-X implants, our Harvard team will start by injecting a local anesthetic to numb your gums and jawbone. We will make small incisions in the gum tissue to expose the bone. Next, we will carefully position 4 to 6 implants into the bone to act as stable anchors for your new teeth.

In some cases, a temporary full-arch denture may be placed immediately. However, we often recommend allowing your gums and jawbone to heal for a few weeks before placing the final denture.
